崗位職責(zé)：

1、主要負(fù)責(zé)磷酸鐵整個生產(chǎn)工藝的優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)品性能的提升；

2、負(fù)責(zé)磷酸鐵生產(chǎn)規(guī)劃建設(shè)；

3、 負(fù)責(zé)完成所屬技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的各部門技術(shù)支持工作。

任職要求：

1、本科以上學(xué)歷，化工/高分子/冶金相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2、有5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，對磷酸鐵以及磷酸鐵鋰的生產(chǎn)工藝流程熟悉；

3、熟知各工序的控制關(guān)鍵及對最終成品性能的影響，熟知各工序的關(guān)鍵控制參數(shù)和常見問題的解決辦法；

4、溝通和學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，善于整合資源，有較好的抗壓能力；
